Visit our partner's office in Al Balad to have a makeup artist put on some traditional makeup on you & try on Saudi wear such as Abaya or Thobe, with a Hijazi touch that is unique to the region and take plenty of pictures in front of the iconic houses. You can purchase the clothes for an extra charge and take them back with you after the tour.

11:30 AM Head to Matbouli House
Make a trip to Matbouli House, a traditional building that was eventually turned into a museum and captures the design and spirit of old Arabia.

12:30 PM Tour of Gabel Street
On the way to Gabel Street, pass by Nasseef House, before arriving at the gold market on Gabel Street and check out interesting jewellery and other local products such as oud, perfumes, spices and other exotic curios. Explore some of the food trucks and enjoy local dishes and fast food at your own expense before calling it a day.

02:00 PM Explore Tayebat Museum
Reach Tayebat Museum & take a tour of the place and look at comprehensive records of the city's culture, history and ancient civilisations. The museum is housed in a multi-room complex that resembles the authentic Hijazi architecture of the old city.

Swim in the stunning crystal-clear waters or go snorkelling and take a closer look at the colourful marine life and the majestic uniqueness of the coral reefs. You can laze on the boat to get a tan and bask in your stunning surroundings.

Savour a delicious and lip-smacking meal onboard while you marvel at the beautiful sights around you. Relax and unwind in this peaceful setting before heading back to the shore.

11:15 AM Embark on a tour of Bees Tower Honey Refinery
Learn about the different stages, clothing, tools and equipment involved in the production process of honey at the quaint little museum housed inside the farm. Visitors can check out the apiary where the honey bees are kept, and round off the experience by sampling over 15 different types of honey and learn about the distinguishing elements of each. Enjoy a refreshing cup of coffee and treats at the farm before setting out to your next destination.

12:45 PM A delightful discovery of Rijal Almaa
Discover one of Kingdom's six UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the village of Rijal Almaa, a prominent landmark. Roam around and marvel at the architecture of around 60 palaces constructed from natural stone, clay and wood.

2:45 PM Lunch
Take a break from an eventful day & have a delicious lunch at Al Nozol Al Turatheyah, where you can relish exquisite dishes such as Maghash, a meat dish made in a stone pot; Harissa, a creamy stew made with wheat and meat, Edam, a delicious broth that's made with meat and vegetables and lots of other sumptuous treats.

Make your way to the Fatima Museum where you can learn more about Aseer's authentic artistic heritage, as you walk around and marvel at Al-Qatt Al-Aseeri art. Appreciate the colourful geometric patterns that are part of the traditional style.

11:00 AM Tour of Al Muftaha Village
Reach Al Muftaha Village, a hub of Aseeri culture that showcases local art. You can visit the Souq Al Thulatha, Tuesday market, and check out traditional clothes, honey, plants and other items, before heading to Talal Maddah theatre.

1:00 PM Catch a breather at A’anab farm & lunch
Marvel at the beautiful surroundings in the comfortable seating area of the farm as you cosy up with a warm cup of Saudi coffee and dates and capture as many photos as you can, before touring the farm to gain insight into the regional heritage. The name of the farm means 'grape' in Arabic and it grows lots of different types of seasonal fruits. Explore the remains of an old watchtower and enjoy interesting stories about it by your hosts. Watch and learn how Mifa bread is made. Enjoy a traditional Aseeri lunch with some Mifa bread at the farm.

4:00 PM Stop at High City
Prepare to be astonished by the splendid mountain views from a high altitude at the aptly named High City. Surrounded by hotels and parks, this is the perfect place to round off your trip.

A street decorated with beautiful pieces of art, this is a meeting point for artists and art lovers across the Kingdom. The Art Street features around 10 galleries, a theatre to hold parties and many restaurants and cafes where you can unwind.

2:30 PM Local house tour & lunch
Arrive at a local house and enjoy this region's unique interior and architecture. The home features an indoor and outdoor seating area that is used based on the seasons, and the latter has a traditional stone oven where guests can relish freshly baked goods. Marvel at the unique house and learn more about the local way of life and dining etiquette as you enjoy a delicious home-cooked Aseeri meal before moving to the next destination.

4:30 PM Tour of Al-Abu Sarrah Palaces
One of the most significant palaces of Abha, Al-Abu-Sarrah Palaces takes you on a trip back in time. It is comprised of two 6-storey palaces in addition to a 3-storey fortress. Enjoy the stunning vistas of the village from the top of the palace.
